Marchese Pharmacy is a Canadian national provider of allergy testing and immunotherapy solutions for allergy clinics. Our business has been in continuous operation since 1961. We offer the following solutions to allergists’ offices:

• Allergy skin testing products and materials
• Patient-specific compounded prescriptions
• Oral allergy challenge
• Subcutaneous Immunotherapy (SCIT)
• Sublingual Immunotherapy (SLIT)*
• Full range of allergens, including venom immunotherapy

*CSACI guidelines only recognize two commercial sublingual immunotherapy products. There is currently a lack of strong evidence for compounded sublingual liquid immunotherapy drops.

5. We prepare and ship the order to where you want, with proper temperature controls
6. You enjoy fewer allergy symptoms!

History and Leadership

Marchese Pharmacy was established in 1961 in Hamilton, Ontario. The business was re-engineered in 1988 by Marita Zaffiro, a pharmacist with a strong background in business and innovation. In 1998, we were recognized by the Canadian Pharmacists Association with the Award for Innovative Practice for our work in Specialty Compounding, Palliative Care, Home Infusion Therapy, and Comprehensive Medication Management. We have been serving the needs of the allergist community since 1990. We expanded our reach nationally in 2015, and now ship to every province and territory.
