How Does the Patient Support Program Work?
- Sign up for a virtual appointment with our Patient Support Specialist (PSS).
- The PSS will walk you through the program, collect your consent and any necessary information.
- The PSS will complete and submit insurance documentation and coordinate your coverage.
- Our Clinical Care Pharmacist will provide product education and clinical support.
- We deliver your medication right to your door.
- Our Clinical Care Team will connect regularly to manage your treatment for optimal results!
