How Does the Patient Support Program Work?

  1. Sign up for a virtual appointment with our Patient Support Specialist (PSS).
  2. The PSS will walk you through the program, collect your consent and any necessary information.
  3. The PSS will complete and submit insurance documentation and coordinate your coverage.
  4. Our Clinical Care Pharmacist will provide product education and clinical support.
  5. We deliver your medication right to your door.
  6. Our Clinical Care Team will connect regularly to manage your treatment for optimal results!
